Description
The Core Fitness Mat offers great cushioning and is suitable for all mat based workouts, especially Pilates. The mat is light and easy to transport when using the removable shoulder strap, making it ideal for taking to classes. As the mat is made from non-absorbent NBR foam, it's very easy to clean, whilst also being soft and supportive to provide excellent cushioning for weight bearing exercises.

Care Instructions: Made from closed cell foam which is non-absorbent and will not harbour bacteria, therefore washing is not required. To clean your mat simply wipe clean using a clean damp cloth and a small amount of detergent.
