Returns & Exchanges Policy
To start a return or exchange, please email us at contact@sportstore.co.uk with your order number, contact number, and a brief reason for the return. We will call you back within 24 hours to assist you. Alternatively, you can call us at 01502 464 611 during office hours.
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Once your return is accepted, you have another 7 days to return the goods. Items purchased in the run up to Christmas will be subject to a 60-day return/exchange.
Returns and Exchanges
If you’re returning your item for a refund or exchange, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48, to ensure your return is safely delivered. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned without prior approval or instructions will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If we cannot exchange the items, we will issue a refund, subject to the items being in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@sportstore.co.uk.
