Sizing
Place the paper flat on the floor against the wall. take off your shoe and sock on one foot.
Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall and your toes pointing forward.
Hold the pencil straight up and carefully trace the length of your foot: from the top
of your longest toe to the base of your heel in centimetres.
Use the ruler to measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe in centimetres.
